Demonstrating Artists & Speakers Show/Sale

Demonstrating Artists and Speakers who are also artists are invited to participate in this show. Come check out the wonderful pieces by our 2026 artists. All pieces in the show will be available for purchase. A percentage of each sale goes towards making the conference a success!

How this year’s Demonstrating Artists & Speakers Show/Sale will work:

PAID ATTENDEES will each receive 3 stickers with a unique ID number on them in their registration packet when they sign in at the Registration/Check-In table upon arrival.

Registration Check-In Begins at Noon on Thursday, March 5, 2026.

You may place your 3 stickers on pieces in the Demonstrating Artists & Speakers Show/Sale starting at 8:00 AM on Friday morning, March 6.

Please Note: ONLY PLACE YOUR STICKERS ON ITEMS YOU FULLY INTEND ON PURCHASING. DO NOT PLACE THEM ON ITEMS AS “PLACEHOLDERS’ OR ITEMS YOU ARE “CONSIDERING.”

Please Note: DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES REMOVE SOMEONE ELSE’S STICKER FROM AN ITEM IF THEIR STICKER IS THERE FIRST. WE WILL BE MONITORING FOR THAT. SHOULD YOU DO THAT, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO LEAVE THE CONFERENCE (WITHOUT REFUND).

Switching numbers on the items would not be cool (or fair)! And, doing so will be treated as such. Don't do it.

ACTUAL PURCHASE AND PICKUP
You will be able to pay for and take the piece(s) you have tagged starting at noon on Saturday, March 7.

VOLUNTEERS will also each receive 3 stickers with a unique ID number on them. However, they may not place their stickers on items in the Demonstrating Artists & Speakers Show/Sale until noon on Friday, March 6.

We reserve the right to modify the above details as/if needed.

Please note that there is no Attendees Show/Sale this year. See Lotto Mugs/Tumblers Drawing instead.
