Become a Vendor

Any company, non-profit organization, or educational institution that provides products or services to the ceramic arts or academia is welcome to become a Vendor during the NC Potters Conference. The purpose of Vendors is to expand the educational, technological, and networking potential of the conference. 

$800 | Companies may sell materials, tools, equipment, resources, merchandise, and technology used in education and direct production of ceramic wares. 

  • We will provide one full conference registration for the event including conference meals. The booth will have access to power, one 8 ft. table and tablecloth, and two chairs. Booth signage will not be provided.

$500 | Non-profits and Schools may promote their organizational mission and sell publications (such as books, exhibition catalogs, etc.), visual or audio resources (videos, CDs, and DVDs), and merchandise (t-shirts, hats, pins, etc.) related to the mission of their organization.

  • We will provide one full conference registration to the event including conference meals. The booth will have one 8 ft. table and tablecloth and two chairs. Booth signage will not be provided.

Vendor Booth Set-Up - anytime after 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 29th.

Vendor Hours:

Thursday, Noon - 5:00 PM

Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Saturday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Vendors are encouraged to participate in as many of the vendor hours as possible.
